One such artisan is Philippe Meynard our local baker. Philipes family have been producing bread in the same way for generations and their bakery is highly regarded around the area. Philippe is also keen to demonstrate the tradition handed down to him through visits and masterclasses. He offers guided tours for groups who can see and taste at first hand the secrets of an artisan master baker. |
